Purchased goods will be shipped by the most economic trackable method, primarily recorded mail for small / single tems or courrier services for large or multiple items parcels. Other delivery types are offered - just ask! All shipments will be tracked. Copies of applicable documents will be entered in a database. We strive to dispatch on the same day the payment has been received. However, delivery time is status to the stock availability and method of payment, i.e. items paid by cheques will be dispatched on the date of cheque clearance and not on the date of the cheque receipt. If items purchased from abroad, import taxes where applicable are resposibility of the customer. We will supply the goods tariff code on the export invoice. Stock availability is confirmed on receipt of the purchase order. Most of the items on the website are in stock. If the item is sold out, we will endevour to supply the ordered item within 28 days.
