Colours and details of decoration may vary from depicted on this website. The colours you see on your computer monitor are subject to many variables, and may not accurately represent the colours of the products. Colour and decoration variations are NOT defects. We strive to present each item as accurately as possible. Claims for damages / shortages must be notified by phone within 48 hours & in writing within 7 days of receiving goods. Merchandise may be returned for exchange only and a copy of the corresponding invoice must accompany the return in order for us to issue the corresponding credit toward an exchange. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, in their original (resaleable) condition and in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. No exchanges will be given for products that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect. Determination of goods returned in a "resaleable" condition is at the sole discretion of 1st Circuit Group Returns Controller. Merchandise not returned in saleable condition will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. We do not accept goods returned after 7 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable nor creditable. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are liable for infringements on copyrights on Pavlovskaya ceramics designs. In the unlikely event of a breakage in transit, please retain the item and its original packaging for possible inspection until the claim is settled with the shipping company.
